Beginner Home Gymnastics Foundation
This program introduces core gymnastics movements adapted for home practice. Many people living in Ukrainian cities face limited access to gymnastics facilities, making home training a practical alternative. The curriculum focuses on bodyweight exercises that develop strength, flexibility, and coordination using minimal space.
Sessions run 45 minutes and include dynamic warm-ups, skill progressions, and mobility work. You will practice fundamental positions like hollow body holds, arch shapes, and basic balancing skills. The program emphasizes proper alignment and control rather than speed or complexity.
Instructor Daryna Kovalenko brings eight years of competitive gymnastics experience and specializes in adult beginners. Each week introduces new progressions while reinforcing previous material. The structure allows participants to work at their own pace while following a proven sequence that builds prerequisite strength for advanced movements.
