1. Acceptance of Terms

7. Payment Terms
If you purchase a subscription or any paid services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on the dates specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes.
8. Subscription and Cancellation
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
9. Disclaimer
The materials on Truex Hub are provided on an as-is basis. Truex Hub makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Truex Hub does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
10. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Truex Hub or its suppliers be liable for any damages including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Truex Hub, even if Truex Hub or a Truex Hub authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.
All provisions of the terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Truex Hub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect.
